Comprehensive Semi-Annual Checkups and Prophylaxis

Your comprehensive care plan will include a semi-annual (2) dental checkups and thorough cleanings and will evaluate your dental health. We will also take much needed time to review nutritional counseling, evaluation and improvement of your level of home care, a plan for future dental maintenance and needs, cosmetic counseling on improving your smile, providing a plan to address any adverse oral habits, and other environmental or lifestyle risks. In other words, you'll receive important tools you need to protect your most precious resource - your good oral health.

Appointments within 24 hours or less

Your DMD-VIP affiliated dentist will limit themselves to a maximum of 550 patients (many dentists have 5,500 patients or more). Appropriately managing patient volume will enable your DMD-VIP affiliated dentists to schedule most member appointments within 24 hours resulting in added convenience for your demanding schedule.

Your Dedicated dental team

When you call your DMD-VIP affiliated dentist, a trained dental assistant already familiar with you and your dental/medical history will personally expedite your needs.

Dentist Availability 24X7

Your DMD-VIP affiliated dentist believes that you should be able to talk to him or her when you need to, without going through the barriers that are common in today's typical busy practices. You will have special access telephone numbers to your personal dental assistant and your DMD-VIP affiliated dentist. During business hours, a staff member will answer phones promptly. Your DMD-VIP affiliated dentist will be available after hours by personal telephone number. When you leave a message, it will be handled promptly and the call will be returned in a timely manner.

E-mail and Fax Service

Your DMD-VIP affiliated dentist will have a web site and a dedicated fax line that will allow you to send electronic messages. This tool is incorporated into the daily routine of the practice and provides enhanced access to your DMD-VIP affiliated dentist regardless of where you are: at your home, in your office, or in a remote location.

When you arrive in our office, you will have access to the internet or fax for your needs, so you never feel that you are out of touch with your contacts.

Insurance Claims facilitation including medical insurance reimbursement

Insurance demands and resulting paperwork are frustrating and time-consuming processes facing dentists and patients. Should you require any help in dealing with your insurance carrier, DMD-VIP trained personnel will be able to help in providing documentation, processing, submitting and following through your insurance claims.
